5th Avenue
On saturday it turned out to be so warm I thought summer has arrived. No wind at all, such a lovely day, and I was feeling a lot better. After breakfast I put my sunglasses on and decided to start walking the 5th avenue. I went to the Rockefeller center as it wasn't far away, and decided to went straight up to the top of Rockefeller as there were not many people in line and soon I was enjoying the view as the sun was shining!

Times Square
Just had to visit Times Square, even though there's nothing really special there haha. I didn't remember how far away it actually is so it took me forever to get there! I grabbed a starbucks and walked around little. There were too many people, and lots of roadwork so it was pretty hard to walk around. I visited the Forever21 in 4 floors, and then took a taxi from broadway and then headed back to the hotel to have some lunch.

The evening in New York
On saturday evening we went to eat into a steakhouse restaurant. The food was great, but service, well, wasn't. But we didn't let that ruin our evening! They made mistakes with our orders and the waiters seemed to be a little lost all the time. But it was nice looking restaurant and really close to our hotel, just a walk away, and for me it was great to finally manage to actually eat real food!
There is very different atmosphere in New York during the evening. People look different and lights seem different! Though I think lot of people were off to spend Saturday night and that's why they were dressed well. But it is quite magical there in the evening! In the restaurant there were quite many people too, families and couples eating and spending time. I think the girls in the bar were having a great girls night… :-)
For me the best thing is to get dressed! And in New York, you can actually get dressed well, and no one is looking at you weirdly. Random people may come just give you compliments, but I think that's just awesome. It was just wonderful to walk around with heels as New York did have dry streets.
Do you think I fit in with my curly hair and high heels?
